An excellent hotel for families with kids (be they young or older). Everything is adapted to their needs, there are even special programs for kids (creative or of a physical nature), so the parents can have a rest – or they can participate in the programs with their children should they choose to, which is also fun. What I found pleasant was that nobody snaps at the kids here. They have their own playroom and gym and even a sauna, which, at specified times, is set to a moderate kid-friendly temperature. There are multiple hills nearby, so your kids can try out skiing (skies can be rented from the hotel free of charge), the more advanced skiers can test their skills on the slopes in Pomezní boudy. The meals in the guesthouse are excellent; there is also an offer of pleasant and reasonably prices wines. One big advantage of the guesthouse is that the kids quickly get to know each other here and then run around in packs all over the guesthouse. The individual rooms are thematically named after Czech fairy-tale figures. There are no thresholds or unnecessary knick-knacks in the guesthouse. The staff is very pleasant and there is an overall pleasant family ambience here. Wi-Fi is available too of course. I recommend you make a timely reservation, as the guesthouse is very often fully booked.

We spent three winter holidays in the Permoník Guesthouse and this year we also included a prolonged weekend of magic and spells. The kids are bound to be entertained here, which gives the parents some time to themselves. Over the winter the guesthouse organises animation programs for kids, a ski instructor is also available – there is a lift directly at the guesthouse, so there’s no need to additionally travel anywhere else. A huge advantage is the playroom and gym (where our son Kuba probably spent most of his time). Another favourite activity is the carnival, where the kids can have a field day.

The owners of the guesthouse are very pleasant and nice people, always willing to help you with anything you might need. We must also mention the lovely Mrs. Boženka, who prepares the breakfast and does housecleaning.

We are not the type of people who would spend their holiday at exactly the same place every year, but we do like coming back here, we know it’s guaranteed that our time will be well spent.
